DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Yes, I ship to every country!

I offer both a standard and tracked option for international orders so that there is a cheaper option for those who do not need their order tracked.

PLEASE NOTE: you will NOT receive a tracking number unless you purchase tracked shipping at checkout.

Customs charges: Depending on your country there is a chance you will have to pay customs fees or charges once your order reaches your country. It is the customers' responsibility to pay these charges as once the item has left the UK, it is out of my control unfortunately.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

From the time of ordering it will take 1-2 business days for your item to be dispatched.

UK: All orders in the UK are sent via Royal Mail Second Class Standard (2-4 business days).

International: All orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard (6-9 business days, depending on your country). Shipping can be upgraded at checkout to Royal Mail International Tracked.

Lost items: If you believe that your item(s) are lost, here is a useful time frame on when to contact us.

UK: 14 working days from day of dispatch (not from day of order)

International: 20 working days from day of dispatch (not from day of order)

WRONG/INCOMPLETE DELIVERY ADDRESS - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We will happily change the address for you.

If your address is not corrected before dispatch, we are not responsible for any lost items.

If the item is returned to us, we will let you know and ask if you would like to repay the shipping for the updated address, or refund the items.

WHAT IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Tracking numbers are only available if you purchased tracked shipping when you placed your order. The standard shipping option does not have tracking. This is the case for both international and UK shipping.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

If your order arrives faulty or damaged in any way, please contact me directly at hello@madebycherryred.com when you receive your order. Please also attach photos with the issue so it can be resolved as quickly as possible.

If I am not contacted within 14 days of the delivery date, unfortunately I am unable to take responsibility for the damage, unless the damage was clearly a print or production fault and not damage caused in transit. 

I package everything with care to help ensure your order arrives in the best condition possible, however accidents can happen during shipment and if this is the case, I will do what I can to resolve it.

WILL YOU WRITE MY CARD TO SEND DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT?

Yes of course! Enter the recipient address and your message in the 'notes to seller' section at checkout.

WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF YOUR CARDS AND PRINTS?

My cards and prints come in standard international paper sizes, the measurements are as follows:

A6 Greeting Card - 148mm x 105mm

A5 Print - 210mm x 148mm

A4 Print - 297mm x 210mm
